Yousra Mekhazni, who is driving her first company, has left nothing to chance to give her development a successful flavour. And to ensure that her skills as a biologist/chemist and her past experience as an auditor of cosmetics and medical device regulations come into their own, she has teamed up with the complementary talents of Thibault Allanic on the sales side, though still firmly rooted in cosmetics, and Alicia Velati, a toxicology chemist, on the R&D side.
